I began writing at the age of seven, when I focused on the art of poetry, twenty-seven years later I am still writing. Yet, I have broadened my range from poetry to other forms including; Press Releases, creative writing, copy writing, ads, op-editorials, nonfiction articles, interview pieces, short stories, screenplays, writing for television and business filings.
I attended Owens Community College, earning an Associate in the Arts. For the past seven years I have focused on writing as a freelancer and a screenwriter. I have completed four screenplays and am currently completing a novel project.
I take pleasure in breaking off for other projects, small or large, which helps to get my creative energy charged. I have written and sold numerous articles, short stories, press releases, ad copy, web content and interview pieces, with subject matters ranging from education in America to Astrology.
I am empathetic and passionate about volunteering and serving. I have been an inspirational speaker for five years with the Toledo chapter of the YWCA. I have also volunteered for a number of other local and national organizations whose mission I believe in.
I have earned awards in a diverse array including; Volunteer awards, Speaking awards, and screenplay writing awards, various writing awards, as well as my proudest, Mother of the Year award.

Payment Terms
I am open to payment/business terms that are most convenient for the buyer, unless the scope of the project is extensive in time and service then I do ask for 1/3 upfront.

I am hands-on, unless otherwise indicated, with your company's content, and professional needs. I am detail oriented and work great in a team or with little supervision. Research is an essential responsibility; with each piece I write or for every assistant job I perform I instill hours/days of research on behalf of my superior.
I will work with your company on every aspect of the project and will guarantee the writing and the finished product depicts your company's highest expectations or I will revise until completely satisfied. Revisions are completely free, I write until the client is utterly satisfied with my work.
My passion for the written word has propelled me to implement various writing genres that have been sold and/or have been published or produced including: press releases, creative writing, copy writing, ads, op editorials, nonfiction articles, interview pieces, short stories, screenplays, writings for television, white papers, research pieces, SEO articles and business pieces.
